✅ Sit up tall with your shoulders relaxed.
✅Gently tuck your chin down as if making a double chin (don’t tilt your head forward).
✅ Hold for 5-10 seconds, feeling a stretch at the base of your skull.
✅ Repeat 10 times, 2-3 times per day.

This exercise stretches the muscles at the base of your skull called the suboccipital which can contribute to these headaches as well as strengthen the deep neck flexors. Ultimately this leads to improved posture, reduced tension and most importantlyheadache relief!
